Role Description The Clinical Pharmacist role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Noida West. The Clinical Pharmacist will review and optimize medication therapy for patients, ensuring safe, effective, and evidence-based use of medicines in collaboration with physicians and other clinicians. Daily responsibilities include verifying prescriptions, performing medication reconciliation, providing patient counseling on proper medication use, and monitoring for potential drug interactions or adverse effects. The role also involves supporting formulary management. The Clinical Pharmacist required need to be able to do evening shift and night shifts also.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Pharmacy Practice and Pharmaceutical Care for direct patient support and clinical collaboration.
Candidates should possess a solid foundation in Pharmacy and Medicine to interpret prescriptions, understand treatment plans.
Professional degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm, Pharm.D, or equivalent) and current licensure/registration as required by local regulations.
At least 1 year experience in a clinical or hospital pharmacy setting, with familiarity in medication dispensing.
Strong communication and documentation skills, with the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams and provide clear guidance to patients and clinical staff.
