Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dungarpur, covering both clinical and non-clinical responsibilities. Daily tasks may include supporting patient care activities, assisting with medical documentation, coordinating with healthcare professionals, and maintaining accurate records. The role also involves communicating with patients, families, and staff, participating in training and development programs, and adhering to clinical protocols and organizational policies. Team members will collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth operations, contribute to research or data collection as needed, and support continuous improvement in service quality.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Communication skills for interacting with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
Candidates should possess foundational knowledge of Medicine and clinical practices relevant to their specific responsibilities.
Candidates should possess Training skills to support onboarding, skill development, and continuous education initiatives.
Candidates should possess Research and Clinical Research skills to assist with data collection, documentation, and evidence-based practice.
Relevant educational background in healthcare, life sciences, or related fields; clinical certifications or licenses where required by role.
Ability to work on-site in Dungarpur, follow protocols, maintain confidentiality, and uphold ethical standards.
Strong organizational, time management, and documentation skills; proficiency with basic computer applications.
Previous experience in clinical or non-clinical healthcare settings is an advantage but not always mandatory.
