Role Description The Finance Manager at Redacto is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This position is responsible for overseeing day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting. The Finance Manager will prepare and analyze monthly and quarterly financial statements, monitor key performance indicators, and support strategic decision-making with data-driven insights. Responsibilities include managing accounts payable and receivable processes, coordinating with external auditors and tax advisors, and ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies. The role will also involve partnering with leadership and cross-functional teams to optimize resource allocation, support investment decisions, and contribute to long-term financial
planning.
Qualifications
Strong skills in financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Proficiency in financial reporting, management accounting, and interpreting financial statements.
Experience with cash flow management, working capital optimization, and cost control.
Knowledge of taxation, compliance, and regulatory requirements relevant to Indian and corporate finance environments.
Comfort with ERP and accounting systems, spreadsheets, and financial modeling tools.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with attention to detail.
Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present financial information to non-finance stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership in a fast-paced setting.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; professional certifications (such as CA, CMA, CPA, or MBA in Finance) are preferred.
Prior experience in a technology, SaaS, or data-privacy-focused organization is an advantage.
