Ramesh Textiles is a vertically integrated home textile manufacturer with 50+ years in flannel and home textiles — managing everything from yarn to finished product. We supply flannel bedding, comforters, duvets, and sleepwear to leading global retailers, with a strong focus on quality, on-time delivery, and sustainability.
We're looking for a Merchandiser to join our Indore team full-time, on-site.
What you'll do:
📌 Manage end-to-end order execution — from development and sampling to approvals and shipment
📌 Coordinate with buyers, production, and suppliers to keep orders on track
📌 Maintain order trackers and monitor production status
📌 Resolve issues around quality, delivery, or compliance
📌 Analyze buyer requirements and support price negotiations
📌 Align product assortments with market trends
📌 Build and maintain strong buyer relationships
What we're looking for:
✅ Strong communication skills — written and verbal, with buyers and internal teams
✅ Solid customer service mindset — quick issue resolution, long-term relationship building
✅ Sales & marketing sense — pricing, positioning, new collections
✅ Retail understanding — buyer needs, assortments, consumer trends
✅ Prior experience in merchandising, sourcing, or textiles/apparel (home textiles or flannel a plus)
✅ Strong organization and attention to detail — comfortable with trackers and timelines
✅ Good working knowledge of MS Excel
✅ Bachelor's degree in textiles, fashion, business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
