What You'll Do
Handle all phases of insurance Coverage litigation
Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
Take and defend depositions
Attend mediations, hearings, and court appearances
Communicate directly with clients and insurance carriers
Qualifications
Active California Bar license (required)
Candidates may reside anywhere in the U.S.
3+ years of Insurance Coverage litigation experience
Strong writing, litigation, and case management skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Salary and Other Compensation
The annual salary for this position is between $200,000 – $350,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
