Role Description The Project Manager Civil will oversee end-to-end execution of civil construction projects, ensuring timely completion, quality standards, and adherence to budget. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning project timelines, coordinating with engineers, site supervisors, contractors, and vendors, and monitoring progress on-site. The role involves managing resources, resolving site issues, ensuring compliance with safety and building regulations, and preparing regular project status reports for management and clients. The Project Manager Civil will also review drawings, technical specifications, and contracts to align execution with project requirements and stakeholder expectations. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kochi.
Qualifications
Civil Engineering and Infrastructure skills, with strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and codes.
Project Management and Construction Management skills to plan, execute, and monitor civil projects effectively.
Budgeting skills to manage project costs, optimize resource allocation, and control financial performance.
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Relevant experience in managing building or infrastructure projects, preferably with residential or commercial developments.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams, coordinate multiple stakeholders, and solve problems on-site.
Strong planning, documentation, and reporting skills, with proficiency in project management and MS Office tools; familiarity with AutoCAD or similar software is an advantage.
Commitment to safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
