What You'll Do
🔹 Develop and manage strategic partnerships with corporates, CSR leaders, foundations, NGOs, donors, and community organizations.
🔹 Identify new funding and collaboration opportunities that support the Foundation's growth ambitions.
🔹 Lead fundraising initiatives, proposal development, presentations, impact reports, and donor engagement activities.
🔹 Build and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
🔹 Organize networking events, stakeholder engagements, and brand-building initiatives that enhance HAC Foundation's visibility and credibility.
🔹 Independently conduct outreach, correspondence, meetings, and follow-ups with donors, foundations, and prospective partners.
🔹 Work closely with program teams to align partnerships with community needs and measurable impact outcomes.
🔹 Represent HAC Foundation at industry forums, conferences, CSR events, and high-level stakeholder meetings.What We'r
e Looking For
✅ Proven experience in partnership development, business development, fundraising, CSR, nonprofit, or social impact sectors.
✅ Strong network-building, stakeholder management, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
✅ Excellent communication skills with expertise in proposal writing, presentations, and strategic storytelling.
✅ Ability to track growth metrics, manage CRM systems, and analyze partnership performance.
✅ A self-starter who can independently create opportunities, open doors, and convert conversations into impactful partnerships.
✅ Experience working with underserved communities, child-focused programs, education, livelihood, or development sector initiatives will be highly valued.Education
al Qualifications
🎓 Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Development Studies, Business Administration, Management, Communications, Marketing, Public Policy, or a related field.
🎓 A Master's degree (MBA, MSW, Development Studies, Communication, Public Policy, or related discipline) will be a distinct advantage.
