Job title: Junior / Litigation Attorney
Location: California – 100% Remote
Experience: 0 to 3 Years (Open to entry-level attorneys)
Salary: $120K to $160K base

Our client is a well-established, nationally recognized litigation practice representing major companies in the automotive industry. The firm focuses on sophisticated product warranty and lemon law matters and offers attorneys the opportunity to gain hands-on experience across all stages of civil litigation.
Responsibilities:
Handle matters involving product warranty and lemon law litigation
Manage cases through various stages of civil litigation
Conduct legal research and prepare legal memoranda
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents
Qualifications:
Active and in-good-standing California Bar license
Junior Attorney or Litigation Attorney experience preferred
Litigation experience is a plus, but strong junior attorneys are encouraged to apply
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Interest in litigation, automotive law, product warranty, or consumer protection matters is a plus
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between [$120,000 – $160,000] Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
