Amora Volim Matchmaking is seeking a confident, organized, and people-focused Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to help lead and grow a luxury, relationship-centered matchmaking company.
The CEO will work closely with the Founder to oversee business operations, support the matchmaking team, strengthen client experience, and help carry Amora Volim’s mission forward: creating intentional, meaningful connections for quality singles.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily business operations and help keep the company organized, professional, and client-focused.
- Work alongside the Founder to develop growth strategies, business goals, partnerships, and service improvements.
- Lead, support, and hold team members accountable to company standards.
- Help manage client experience from initial inquiry through membership, introductions, and follow-up.
- Assist with sales conversations, client enrollment, membership retention, and relationship management.
- Monitor business performance, revenue goals, client feedback, and operational needs.
- Help represent Amora Volim Matchmaking professionally in meetings, collaborations, networking opportunities, and community events.
- Ensure the company remains aligned with its values of discretion, quality, inclusion, honesty, and exceptional service.
- Identify opportunities to improve systems, workflows, marketing efforts, and the overall client journey.

- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Experience in business operations, management, sales, client success, hospitality, dating, matchmaking, or a luxury service industry.
- Comfortable working with diverse clients and maintaining professionalism, confidentiality, and empathy.
- Organized, self-motivated, solution-oriented, and able to take initiative.
- Passionate about helping people build real, meaningful relationships.
- Able to balance a warm, personal client experience with strong business judgment.
