Principal UX Specialist / Product Experience Lead

We are seeking an experienced Principal UX Specialist / Product Experience Lead to lead UX strategy, user research, interaction design, and product experience optimisation across digital products.
Key Responsibilities
Define UX strategy, design principles, experience frameworks, and UX standards.
Lead user research, usability testing, customer interviews, and behavioural analysis.
Develop and optimise user journeys, information architecture, interaction flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
Translate user insights and business requirements into intuitive product experiences.
Collaborate with product, design, engineering, data, marketing, and business teams.
Identify and resolve usability issues, customer pain points, accessibility concerns, and experience gaps.
Analyse user behaviour, product analytics, feedback, and UX metrics to drive continuous improvement.
Mentor UX designers, researchers, and other experience professionals while promoting user-centred design.
Requirements & Qualifications
Diploma/Degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, Product Design, Psychology, or a related field.
Proven experience in UX design, product experience, interaction design, user research, or a related senior role.
Strong knowledge of user-centred design, usability, information architecture, accessibility, design systems, and UX research.
Proficient in Figma, prototyping tools, usability testing platforms, analytics tools, or relevant UX software.
Strong strategic, analytical, creative, communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
Ability to translate complex user needs and business requirements into practical UX solutions.
Experience working with cross-functional product and technology teams.
Experience in SaaS, fintech, e-commerce, technology, digital platforms, or consumer applications is preferred.
