Chief Supply Chain Officer / Global Logistics Lead

We are seeking an experienced Chief Supply Chain Officer / Global Logistics Lead to lead global supply chain strategy, logistics operations, procurement, distribution, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute global supply chain and logistics strategies aligned with business objectives.
Lead procurement, sourcing, inventory, warehousing, transportation, and distribution.
Manage relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, logistics partners, and key stakeholders.
Optimise costs, inventory levels, delivery performance, service quality, and operational efficiency.
Identify and manage supply chain risks, disruptions, capacity constraints, and continuity plans.
Collaborate with operations, finance, sales, technology, and leadership teams to support business growth.
Drive process improvement, automation, digital transformation, and supply chain analytics.
Requirements & Qualifications
Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in supply chain, logistics, procurement, operations, or a senior leadership role.
Strong knowledge of global logistics, procurement, inventory management, warehousing, distribution, and supplier management.
Strong strategic, analytical, negotiation, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Experience managing complex, multi-market supply chain operations and cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with ERP, supply chain management systems, analytics, and digital transformation.
Experience in manufacturing, retail, e-commerce, FMCG, technology, or related industries is preferred.
