Mahavir Group is looking for an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial strategy, governance, and overall Finance & Accounts operations.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in the Automobile / Automotive Dealership Industry and should be currently based in Hyderabad.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the overall Finance & Accounts function, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and compliance.
• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the Group's long-term business objectives.
• Monitor financial performance and provide MIS, insights, and strategic recommendations to Senior Management.
• Drive cost optimization, profitability improvement, financial planning, and risk management initiatives.
• Oversee preparation and presentation of financial statements, management reports, and board-level reports.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, taxation laws, statutory requirements, and internal financial controls.
• Drive effective cash flow, working capital, and treasury management.
• Evaluate business investments, expansion opportunities, cost-saving initiatives, and financial feasibility.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the Finance team while ensuring a culture of accountability, efficiency, and high performance.
• Leverage ERP systems, financial technology, analytics, automation, and AI-enabled tools to improve financial processes and decision-making.
• Partner with Senior Management on strategic business decisions and contribute to the Group's overall growth and profitability.
Required Skills & Experience
✔️ 10–15 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts, with significant exposure to senior finance leadership.
✔️ Mandatory: Automobile / Automotive Dealership Industry experience.
✔️ Strong expertise in Financial Planning & Analysis, MIS, budgeting, taxation, audits, compliance, and financial controls.
✔️ Proven experience in cost optimization, working capital management, profitability improvement, and business planning.
✔️ Strong understanding of accounting principles, taxation, financial regulations, and statutory compliance.
✔️ Excellent leadership, analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
✔️ Ability to work closely with Senior Management and Board-level stakeholders.
✔️ Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to convert financial data into actionable business insights.
Educational Qualification
CA / CMA / ICWA from a recognized institution.
