Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Architect role based in Jalgaon. The Architect will be responsible for developing concept designs, detailed architectural drawings, and construction documentation for a range of projects. Daily tasks include coordinating with clients and internal teams, preparing presentations, reviewing design feasibility, and ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations. The role involves close collaboration with consultants and contractors to manage design execution, address site-related challenges, and maintain project timelines and quality standards. The Architect will also support project planning activities, contribute to design reviews, and participate in continuous improvement of design processes and tools.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, including concept development, space planning, and preparation of detailed drawings.
Candidates should possess skills in Project Management, including scheduling, coordination with stakeholders, and monitoring project progress against timelines and budgets.
Candidates should possess skills in Software Development and Integration as they relate to architectural workflows, such as integrating design tools with project management or visualization platforms.
Candidates should be proficient in relevant design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar) and familiar with building codes and local regulations.
Candidates should demonstrate strong communication and collaboration abilities, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills for design and site-related issues.
A professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or equivalent) and prior experience in an architectural or design studio environment are highly beneficial.
