Role Description The Counter Sales Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area. This role involves greeting customers, providing product information, taking orders, and processing sales transactions at the counter. The representative will handle cash and digital payments accurately, issue bills and receipts, and maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter and display areas. Day-to-day tasks include restocking items, checking product labels and expiry dates, and coordinating with the kitchen or store team to ensure timely delivery of orders. The role also includes responding to customer queries, managing basic customer complaints professionally, and supporting other retail operations as needed.
Basic Cooking Knowledge -
* Basic understanding of food preparation and kitchen hygiene.
* Prior experience in a café, QSR, bakery, or restaurant is preferred but not mandatory.
* Willingness to learn and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Basic computer or POS system familiarity; prior experience in food retail, hospitality, or similar customer-facing roles is an advantage.
Minimum educational qualification of high school completion or equivalent; proficiency in English, Hindi, and local languages is helpful.
