Role Description The Relationship Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India, responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of clients across Zuari Finserv’s product and service offerings. In this role, the individual will regularly engage with clients to understand their financial goals, recommend suitable products such as broking services, mutual funds, IPOs, and depository solutions, and ensure prompt resolution of queries. Day-to-day activities include client onboarding, documentation support, coordinating with internal teams for smooth transaction processing, and monitoring client accounts to identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities. The Relationship Manager will track market developments, share relevant insights with clients, and maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities. The role also includes meeting defined sales and relationship targets while adhering to compliance, regulatory, and company policies.
Qualifications
Client relationship and communication skills: ability to build trust, maintain long-term client relationships, and communicate clearly across phone, email, and in-person meetings.
Sales and business development skills: experience in selling financial products, achieving targets, and identifying cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.
Financial services knowledge: understanding of broking, mutual funds, IPOs, depository, and related capital market products, with awareness of current market trends.
Operational and compliance skills: attention to detail in documentation, account opening, and transaction processing, with adherence to regulatory and internal compliance requirements.
Analytical and problem-solving skills: ability to assess client needs, interpret basic financial data, and resolve issues in a timely, service-focused manner.
Educational background: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Business, Economics, or a related field; relevant certifications in securities markets or mutual funds are an advantage.
Professional attributes: high integrity, customer-centric mindset, willingness to work on-site in Delhi, and readiness to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Experience: prior experience in relationship management, banking, broking, or financial services is preferred but motivated candidates with strong aptitude will be considered.
