🚀 We're Hiring: Sport Coach — Mini Maarvel
Mini Maarvel, India's first school sport science programme, is looking for passionate Sport Coaches to join our team in Pune!
About Us
We partner with schools to deliver science-based physical education, fitness assessments, and talent identification across 15+ sports — building strong bodies and growing minds, aligned with NEP 2020.
What You'll Do
📍 Conduct structured sports coaching sessions for students (Pre-School to Std 10)
📍 Run fitness assessments and track student development
📍 Deliver age-appropriate, curriculum-integrated PE sessions across partner schools
📍 Collaborate with our programme team on scheduling and student progress reporting
Who We're Looking For
✅ Sports coaching / physical education background (certification a plus)
✅ Experience working with children across age groups
✅ Strong communication skills — comfortable working with students, parents, and school staff
✅ Based in or willing to work across Pune (Mundhwa, Kharadi, Wadgaon Sheri locations)
Job Details
💰 Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹15,000/month
🗓️ Monday to Friday (5 days a week)
