Java Developer - Trainer

The core responsibilities for the job include the following:
Training Delivery:
Orchestrate and facilitate comprehensive instructor-led training (ILT) programs tailored for: Campus hires / Apprenticeship trainees, Lateral technical employees.
Expertly deliver technical deep-dives and practical workshops covering Java / Python / Full Stack Development, SQL and Database Management, Web Technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, ReactJs, APIs), and Basics of Cloud / DevOps (AWS, CI/CD fundamentals).
Ensure high engagement through practical, hands-on learning.
Curriculum Design and Content Development:
Design structured training modules aligned with: Business project requirements, Internal tech stack and frameworks.
Produce high-quality instructional assets, including: Training decks, coding assignments, case studies, Evaluation tests and assessments
Ensure the continuous evolution of training materials to maintain relevance with emerging industry trends and technological advancements.
Fresher and Campus Program Management:
Manage the full lifecycle of specialized entry-level programs for: Apprentice Training Programs, Graduate Engineer Trainees (GETs).
Serve as a critical bridge, translating academic foundations into professional corporate excellence.
Partner with recruitment functions to synchronize training velocity with the talent acquisition pipeline.
Assessment and Performance Tracking:
Implement rigorous, data-driven evaluation frameworks: Technical tests, Coding evaluations, and Project-based assessments.
Analyze trainee progression metrics and provide actionable performance insights to key organizational stakeholders.
Proactively identify performance gaps and provide targeted mentorship to ensure all candidates meet quality benchmarks.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Maintain high-touch collaboration with cross-functional leadership, including: Engineering teams, Project managers, HR and Talent Acquisition.
Align all learning outcomes with the immediate deployment readiness of the workforce.
Innovation and Continuous Improvement:
Drive innovation by integrating modern instructional methodologies: Blended learning (online + classroom), AI-based assessment tools, Coding platforms / LMS integration.
Continuously optimize training efficacy to accelerate the "time-to-productivity" for new and existing hires.
