Minimum 3 years of experience in sales.
Experience in FMCG, Ice Cream, Food & Beverage or Distributor Sales preferred.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Must be comfortable with field sales and regular market visits.
Target-oriented and responsible.
Good knowledge of the local Amravati market will be an advantage.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
📌 Job Duties
Handle retail and distributor sales in the assigned area.
Visit retailers and distributors regularly.
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
Generate new retail and distributor accounts.
Take orders and ensure timely follow-up.
Monitor product availability and stock at outlets.
Achieve assigned daily/monthly sales targets.
Support promotional activities and product visibility.
Maintain basic sales and customer records.
Coordinate with the team for smooth order and delivery operations.

💰 Salary & Benefits : Salary: ₹13,000/month
Petrol Allowance: ₹120/day
