Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Accountant role based in Ghaziabad. The Accountant will manage day-to-day financial transactions, including recording sales and purchase entries, maintaining ledgers, and reconciling bank statements. The role involves preparing invoices, tracking payables and receivables, and supporting cash flow management. The Accountant will assist in preparing financial reports, supporting audits, and ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and tax regulations. The position also includes coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve billing, payment, and documentation queries and supporting the management team with accurate financial data for decision-making.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in accounting principles, including ledger management, journal entries, and financial reporting.
Experience with accounting software and proficiency in spreadsheets and basic office productivity tools.
Knowledge of taxation, compliance, and statutory requirements relevant to manufacturing or trading businesses.
Attention to detail, accuracy in data entry, and ability to identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records.
Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with production, procurement, and sales teams.
Ability to work on-site in Ghaziabad, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Relevant academic background such as a degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
Prior experience in a manufacturing or FMCG environment is an advantage but not mandatory.
