About the Role
We are looking for motivated and responsible candidates to join our Special Collection Task Force (SCTF) team. The SCTF team is responsible for handling special and overdue loan collection cases and supporting the company in maintaining healthy loan repayment and portfolio quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit customers/borrowers for collection of overdue loan amounts.
- Follow up with customers regarding pending and outstanding loan repayments.
- Understand customer repayment issues and communicate appropriate repayment options.
- Maintain regular communication and follow-up with assigned customers.
- Collect and submit loan repayments as per company policies and procedures.
- Handle special collection cases assigned by the management.
- Maintain accurate records of collection activities and customer interactions.
- Coordinate with the branch/collection team and report daily collection updates.
- Work towards achieving assigned collection targets.
- Ensure professional and respectful communication with customers.
- Travel within the assigned area as required for customer visits.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th / Graduation (as applicable).
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned area.
- Basic knowledge of local language is preferred.
- Ability to handle field work and collection responsibilities.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
