Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for Production Executives located in Churu. The role involves overseeing daily production operations, ensuring that production plans are executed effectively, and coordinating with cross-functional teams such as quality, maintenance, and logistics. Production Executives will monitor production lines, track output against targets, and implement corrective actions to maintain efficiency and product quality. They will support adherence to safety and regulatory standards, supervise production staff, and maintain accurate records of production activities. The role may also include assisting in process optimization, supporting audits, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the plant.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Production Planning and Production Management to oversee schedules, resources, and daily operations effectively.
Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to coordinate with teams, report production status, and support clear documentation.
Candidates should possess knowledge of Food Technology to understand product processes, standards, and industry-specific requirements where applicable.
Candidates should possess skills in Quality Control to ensure compliance with quality standards, conduct inspections, and support corrective actions.
Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in production, engineering, food technology, or a related field are beneficial.
Experience in manufacturing or plant operations, familiarity with safety and regulatory compliance, and basic computer proficiency are preferred.
Ability to work in shifts if required, strong problem-solving skills, and a focus on accuracy and timeliness in production activities are advantageous.
