We are looking for an SEO Executive who can take ownership of our organic search growth, improve website visibility, and build a strong SEO foundation for our growing wellness and fitness brand.
Role Overview
This is a hands-on SEO role for someone who understands both technical SEO and content-driven organic growth. You will work on improving search rankings, website performance, keyword visibility, content optimization, and organic traffic across EZ Wellness digital properties.
You should be comfortable working with SEO tools, analyzing data, identifying opportunities, and implementing SEO recommendations.
Key Responsibilities1. SEO Strategy & Execution
Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic visibility and traffic.
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and search intent analysis.
Identify new keyword and content opportunities.
Monitor keyword rankings and organic traffic performance.
Prepare monthly SEO reports and performance insights.
2. On-Page SEO
Optimize page titles, meta descriptions, headings, URLs, internal linking, and content.
Conduct content audits and identify optimization opportunities.
Optimize product pages, category pages, blogs, and landing pages.
Improve website structure and search engine crawlability.
3. Technical SEO
Conduct regular technical SEO audits.
Identify and resolve issues related to:
Crawling & indexing
XML sitemaps
Robots.txt
Canonical tags
Broken links
Duplicate content
Page speed
Core Web Vitals
Schema markup
Coordinate with developers to implement technical SEO recommendations.
4. Off-Page SEO & Link Building
Develop and execute ethical link-building strategies.
Identify relevant websites, directories, publications, and outreach opportunities.
Monitor backlink profiles and identify harmful or irrelevant links.
Track domain authority and overall off-page performance.
5. Content SEO
Work with content writers to create SEO-focused content.
Prepare content briefs based on keywords and search intent.
Optimize existing blogs and website content.
Identify opportunities for topical authority and content clusters.
6. Analytics & Reporting
Monitor SEO performance using Google Search Console and GA4.
Track:
Organic traffic
Keyword rankings
Clicks & impressions
CTR
Conversions
Landing page performance
Prepare actionable SEO reports and recommendations.
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: 2+ years of hands-on SEO experience.
Strong understanding of On-Page, Technical, Off-Page and Content SEO.
Experience with Google Search Console and GA4.
Good knowledge of SEMrush / Ahrefs and Screaming Frog.
Understanding of keyword research and search intent.
Basic understanding of HTML and website structure.
Experience with e-commerce, D2C, fitness, supplements, wellness or lifestyle brands is preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good written and communication skills.
Ability to independently manage SEO tasks and meet deadlines.
