We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven business development executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills in English and a basic understanding of ERP systems. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and contributing to the company's growth.
Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams.
Present and promote company products/services effectively.
Follow up on leads and convert them into business.
Maintain records of sales activities and client interactions.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in business development or a similar role.
Good communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
Experience or knowledge of ERP systems is a plus.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated.
