Support Engineer

Role Description The Cashier role at Hinza is a full-time, on-site position based in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. The Cashier is responsible for handling customer transactions accurately, processing payments, issuing receipts, and maintaining a balanced cash drawer. Day-to-day tasks include greeting customers, answering basic questions about services or purchases, and ensuring a smooth and efficient checkout experience. The role also involves monitoring the point-of-sale area, keeping the workspace organized, and following company procedures for cash handling and transaction security. The Cashier collaborates with other team members to support excellent customer service and efficient front-desk operations.
Qualifications
Strong cash-handling skills, including accurate payment processing and reconciliation of cash drawers.
Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems, basic computer operations, and digital payment methods.
Effective communication and customer service skills, with the ability to assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
Attention to detail and reliability, including following transaction procedures and maintaining organized work areas.
Ability to work on-site full time in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
Basic math skills and comfort working in a fast-paced environment; prior cashier or retail experience is beneficial.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; willingness to learn company systems and adhere to policies and guidelines.
