Role Description The Branch Manager is responsible for leading and managing the day-to-day operations of the Kotak Mahindra Bank branch in Varanasi. This full-time, on-site role includes overseeing customer service, branch sales, and cross-selling of banking products and services to meet business targets. The Branch Manager will guide and mentor branch staff, ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements, and maintain high standards of operational efficiency. The role involves analyzing local market opportunities, building strong customer relationships, managing risk, and implementing bank policies and procedures. The Branch Manager will also collaborate with regional leadership to align branch performance with overall business strategy and growth objectives.

Relevant experience in banking or financial services, preferably in branch management or supervisory roles.
Graduate degree in business, finance, commerce, or a related field; a postgraduate or professional qualification in finance or management is an advantage.
Ability to work with banking systems and analytical tools, with strong numerical and problem-solving skills.
High level of integrity, customer-centric mindset, and readiness to work in a performance-driven environment.
