Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India, designed for IIT and IIM graduates returning to India and seeking impactful career opportunities in aviation. Day-to-day responsibilities may include analyzing operational data, supporting route and capacity planning, and contributing to process improvement initiatives across ground and flight operations. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams on strategic projects, financial modeling, and business development activities that support the company’s expansion. Team members may also assist in evaluating technology solutions, optimizing resource allocation, and preparing presentations and reports for senior leadership. The position offers a platform to apply quantitative skills, management training, and global perspectives to strengthen GCC Aviation’s operational and strategic capabilities.
Qualifications
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret complex operational and financial data.
Knowledge of business strategy, operations management, and project management, ideally gained through rigorous academic training or prior work experience.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to prepare clear reports and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
Comfort with digital tools such as spreadsheets, data analysis software, and basic business intelligence platforms.
Ability to work on-site in Delhi, India, in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities with attention to detail.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from IIT or IIM (or equivalent premier institution), with a background in engineering, management, economics, or related fields.
Demonstrated interest in aviation, transportation, or infrastructure sectors; prior exposure to aviation or consulting is an advantage.
