Product Owner

What You’ll Do
• Own domain leadership for the non-aero business areas and drive the
transformation roadmap in alignment with business priorities
• Define business outcomes, benefit hypotheses and adoption plans, and track
benefits realization through delivery
• Act as the primary product decision-maker and senior point of contact for
business stakeholders, providing clear direction on priorities and trade-offs
• Partner with the Product Manager and Business Analysts to translate business
priorities into a prioritized backlog and executable delivery plans
• Coordinate across vendors, stakeholders, OEMs, group teams and engineering
pods to align delivery, resolve dependencies and maintain momentum
• Provide business leadership during UAT and drive business sign-off on solutions
and releases
• Drive adoption and change management by aligning stakeholders,
communicating product value and addressing adoption barriers
• Represent the Business Pod in Scrum-of-Scrums and portfolio governance
forums, providing leadership-level updates on progress, risks, dependencies and
business outcomes
What Makes You a Fit
Academic Background:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent academic qualification. A postgraduate
qualification in management or a related field is an added advantage
Technical Expertise:
• 8–12 years of experience in Product Ownership, Product Management, business
leadership or transformation programs
• Strong experience owning business outcomes, product/domain roadmaps and
benefits realization
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum delivery and experience working with Jirabased
product and delivery teams
• Ability to evaluate priorities, make product decisions and translate business
needs into clear direction for delivery teams.
Extra Skills:
• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills, with the
ability to engage confidently with senior business leaders
• Experience in Retail, BFSI, Mobility, Duty Free, Aviation/Airport or related
commercial operations is preferred
• Experience driving change management, adoption and business value realization
is an advantage
• Strong ability to manage vendors, cross-functional stakeholders and complex
delivery dependencies
• Willingness to work 100% onsite in Ahmedabad.
