About the Company
Fálinis Club is building a private members’ club and household service company for the dogs of New York’s most discerning households—and for the people who build their lives around them. Its organizing principle is distinctive: membership is granted to the dog, while the human is admitted as companion. The company plans to bring together trusted household care, behavioral assessment, training, travel support, grooming, aquatics and recovery, boarding, nutrition, veterinary coordination, and private-club hospitality under one vetted standard, with planned locations in Manhattan and the Hamptons.
About the Role: Member of the Board of Advisors
Fálinis Club is seeking accomplished professionals to join its Board of Advisors and provide strategic guidance as the company develops its household-services platform, membership model, operating standards, and future club locations.
Advisors will work with the founder and leadership team on high-level decisions related to growth, canine care and behavior, luxury hospitality, private membership, veterinary partnerships, real estate, operations, branding, and market strategy. This is an opportunity to help shape an early-stage company creating a new category at the intersection of premium pet care, household services, and private-club hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic guidance to the founder and leadership team on business development, positioning, growth, and execution.
Advise on areas such as canine behavior and welfare, veterinary care, luxury hospitality, private clubs, household services, real estate, membership strategy, or related specialties.
Offer perspective on the development of operational, safety, service, and membership standards.
Make relevant introductions to potential partners, industry experts, service providers, investors, or strategic relationships when appropriate.
Participate in periodic advisory-board discussions and provide thoughtful feedback on key company initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications
Senior leadership, founder, executive, investor, or subject-matter expertise relevant to Fálinis Club’s business model.
Experience in one or more areas such as veterinary medicine, canine behavior, pet care, luxury hospitality, private clubs, household staffing, consumer services, real estate, membership businesses, or premium lifestyle brands.
Strong professional network and ability to provide strategic introductions when appropriate.
Interest in helping build a differentiated company focused on trust, service quality, animal welfare, and exceptional member experiences.
Experience advising, scaling, or supporting early-stage companies is preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
This is a compensated advisory role with the opportunity to receive sweat equity in Fálinis Club, subject to mutually agreed terms, vesting conditions, and company documentation.
Advisors will also have the opportunity to contribute to the development of an early-stage company building a differentiated membership and services platform for dogs and their households.
