What we're looking for
10+ years of Cybersecurity experience
Strong VAPT & Penetration Testing
Web, API, Mobile & Network Security
Red Teaming & Ethical Hacking
SOC, SIEM & Incident Response
Cloud Security — AWS/Azure/GCP
Security Research & Vulnerability Assessment
CTF participation + CTF design/management
CEH required; OSCP/OSCE/OSEP/CREST/CISSP is a plus
Strong communication and teaching skills
Key Responsibilities
Lead cybersecurity programs across colleges and institutions
Conduct and explain VAPT, Pentesting, SOC & Cybersecurity sessions
Design and conduct CTFs from beginner to advanced level
Build practical cybersecurity labs and challenges
Train, mentor and evaluate students
Conduct workshops and speak confidently on stage
Handle live technical problems during events
Lead ISECNET's cybersecurity team and technical direction
Develop security methodologies, tools and training programs
Represent ISECNET in technical discussions and client engagements
We don't want a CTO who only manages. We want someone who can BUILD, BREAK, TEACH, SOLVE and LEAD.
Ideal candidate
A cybersecurity professional who combines deep technical skills + leadership + teaching + CTF/ethical-hacking experience + excellent communication.
