Job Description
We are looking for a warm, creative, and passionate Pre-Primary Teacher to join our team at Mother’s Pride, GGN 40. The ideal candidate should have a genuine interest in early childhood education and the ability to create a safe, engaging, and nurturing learning environment for young children.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and conduct engaging, age-appropriate classroom activities.
Develop children’s cognitive, social, emotional, language, and motor skills.
Use creative teaching methods, stories, rhymes, music, art, and play-based learning.
Maintain a positive, safe, and child-friendly classroom environment.
Monitor and document each child’s learning and development.
Communicate regularly with parents regarding children’s progress and development.
Collaborate with coordinators and other teachers to ensure effective classroom management.
Participate in school events, activities, celebrations, and training programs.
Maintain classroom discipline while ensuring a caring and supportive atmosphere.
Requirements
Graduate with NTT / ECCE / Montessori / B.Ed. or relevant qualification.
Prior experience in a pre-primary school or early childhood education will be preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Patient, energetic, creative, and child-friendly approach.
Strong classroom management and activity-planning skills.
