Real Estate Acquisitions Specialist - US Motivated Sellers

Faith Home Solutions is hiring a full-time remote acquisitions specialist to work directly with motivated homeowners in the US.
This is not a generic cold-calling or appointment-setting role. We need someone who has already handled seller-side acquisitions for a US real estate investor or wholesaler and can move a qualified lead from the first real conversation through a signed contract.
What you'll do
- Speak with inbound and outbound motivated-seller leads
- Build rapport and uncover motivation, timeline, property condition and price expectations
- Research properties, run comps and help determine offer ranges
- Present and negotiate cash offers with homeowners
- Handle objections and follow up consistently
- Prepare and send purchase agreements and move accepted deals under contract
- Keep the CRM accurate and coordinate clean handoffs through closing
You must have
- Direct acquisitions experience with a US real estate investor or wholesaler
- A track record of negotiating with homeowners and getting purchase agreements signed
- Experience running comps and discussing investor pricing
- Fluent, clear, easily understood spoken English suitable for US homeowner calls, plus strong written English
- Reliable internet, a quiet workspace and availability during US Eastern Time business hours
- Confidence using a CRM, dialer, e-signature tools and property research platforms

Compensation: $6-$10 per hour based on experience, plus 2%-5% commission based on experience
