Instead of high-volume automation or AI slop, we focus entirely on high-touch messaging strategy, buyer-psychology copywriting, and continuous campaign testing using our proprietary Interested Reply Optimization (IRO) System™.
While we provide technical guidance and oversee campaigns alongside our clients' internal teams, our core genius is fixing the copy and positioning to drive high-quality responses. We operate in a highly autonomous, results-driven remote environment that values strategic thinking and clear communication.
Role Overview:
We are seeking an analytical, highly communicative Business Development Specialist to manage our top-of-funnel LinkedIn and email pipelines. You will not just be copy-pasting scripts; you will be managing automated workflows via Dripify, tracking / following up with leads in Pipedrive, and stepping in with hyper-personalized, intelligent responses when B2B executives reply.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Manage and monitor automated LinkedIn outreach campaigns via Dripify.
Review incoming LinkedIn and email replies from C-level executives and decision-makers.
Conduct rapid market and prospect research to craft high-quality, custom human responses to objections.
Maintain clean sales pipelines and log communication updates daily within Pipedrive CRM.
Qualify potential clients through initial text discovery and clear email communication, booking them onto the founder's calendar.
Qualifications:
Proven B2B Sales/Lead Gen Experience: Ideally working with digital marketing agencies, SaaS, or professional B2B services.
Flawless Written English: Ability to communicate naturally, professionally, and persuasively with US/UK executives.
Tech Stack Familiarity: Hands-on experience with CRMs (Pipedrive preferred) and cold email/automation tools (experience with Dripify or Sales Navigator is a massive plus).
Analytical Mindset: Comfortable looking at campaign data and conversion funnels to suggest improvements.
Remote Readiness: Reliable high-speed internet connection, backup power solution, and a quiet workspace suitable for partial US EST shift alignment.
Compensation: $5.00 - $10.00 / hour (Based on experience) + 5% Commission on won contracts ($175 - $500+/month per client secured)
Location: Fully Remote (global candidates considered)
Shift: Partial US EST hours required, we work with US & UK clients primarily with expansion in mind.
