HR Lead /HR General Manager / HR Officer Manager

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Cashier role based in Dubai. The Cashier is responsible for accurately processing customer transactions, including cash, card, and digital payments, and issuing receipts. The role includes balancing the cash register at the end of each shift, reconciling payments, and reporting discrepancies. Day-to-day tasks involve greeting customers, answering basic inquiries, maintaining a clean and organized checkout area, and following company policies and procedures. The Cashier also supports the team by assisting with basic administrative tasks related to billing, invoicing, and documentation as needed.
Qualifications
Strong numeracy skills and attention to detail for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
Customer service skills, including clear communication, professional behavior, and the ability to manage queues and handle inquiries.
Basic computer literacy and familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems, billing software, or retail checkout systems.
Ability to follow financial and operational procedures, including reconciliation, record-keeping, and reporting of discrepancies.
Reliability, honesty, and a high level of integrity in handling payments and sensitive customer information.
Ability to work on-site in Dubai, including standing for extended periods and managing peak hours with a calm, organized approach.
Previous experience as a cashier or in a customer-facing role is preferred but not mandatory.
High school diploma or equivalent qualification is typically required.
