Role Description The Branch Manager role at CSL Finance Limited is a full-time, on-site position based in Vikasnagar. The Branch Manager oversees daily branch operations, including managing loan processing, customer service, and compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards. This role is responsible for driving business growth by sourcing and evaluating loan proposals from SMEs, individuals, and local enterprises, ensuring sound credit assessment and portfolio quality. The Branch Manager leads and mentors branch staff, sets performance targets, and monitors productivity to achieve sales and collection goals. Additional responsibilities include building strong relationships with customers and local partners, preparing regular reports on branch performance, and implementing company strategies at the branch level.
Qualifications
Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience supervising branch or retail finance teams.
Proficiency in branch operations, credit assessment, and loan processing within an NBFC, banking, or financial services environment.
Sound understanding of SME financing, retail lending practices, and local market dynamics.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities for engaging with customers and stakeholders.
Ability to analyze financial statements, assess risk, and make data-driven lending decisions.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Commerce, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification or relevant certifications are an advantage.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with a focus on meeting targets and maintaining compliance.
Comfort with using financial software, MS Office tools, and standard reporting systems.
Prior experience as a Branch Manager or in a similar role in financial services is highly preferred.
