Key Responsibilities
Lead multi-state gold processing and operations teams, ensuring compliance with SOPs.
Oversee gold transactions, including collection, verification, weighing, stone removal, melting, certification, and sales.
Ensure secure gold movement between branches, state hubs, and the Head Office.
Monitor transaction accuracy, operational risks, and statutory and audit compliance.
Analyze MIS, processing volumes, discrepancies, turnaround times, and sales performance.
Drive process standardization, operational efficiency, and expansion readiness.
Collaborate with Finance, HR, and Business Development teams to ensure smooth operations.
Candidate Requirements
Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Commerce, Operations Management, or a relevant field.
12–15 years of operations experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role.
Experience in gold buying, precious metals, financial services, or retail operations.
Strong experience in multi-location/state-level operations and team management.
Excellent analytical, reporting, decision-making, and communication skills.
Languages: English, Kannada, Telugu, and Malayalam.
High integrity, confidentiality, and accountability in handling high-value transactions.
