We are looking for an experienced and sharp Senior Legal Counsel to lead our legal and regulatory operations, driving growth across multiple global jurisdictions!

⏳ Experience: 5+ Years Post-Qualification Experience
🎓 Qualification: LL.B. / B.A. LL.B.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Commercial Contracts: Draft, negotiate, and manage high-value SaaS, vendor, partnership, and financing agreements while maintaining playbooks.
✅ Litigation & Dispute Management: Oversee domestic and cross-border disputes (consumer, employment, TCPA, arbitration) in coordination with external counsel.
✅ Regulatory Compliance & Data Privacy: Ensure robust compliance across India, Singapore, the US, UAE, Vietnam, and other regions, adapting to evolving fintech and data privacy frameworks.
✅ Employment & IP: Advise on labor laws, internal HR policies, and manage intellectual property protection and licensing.
✅ Strategic Advisory: Partner closely with business, product, finance, and HR teams to provide practical, risk-balanced guidance and handle legal notices.
What We’re Looking For:
✅ LL.B. / B.A. LL.B. degree.
✅ 5+ years of PQE in corporate legal and compliance.
✅ Hands-on experience handling cross-border legal matters across key regions like the US, Singapore, UAE, and Vietnam.
✅ Exceptional analytical, drafting, and stakeholder management skills.
