Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Medical Sales Representative role based in Delhi. The Medical Sales Representative will promote and sell pharmaceutical products to doctors, hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies in the assigned territory. Responsibilities include scheduling and conducting regular visits, delivering product presentations, answering clinical and product-related questions, and maintaining strong professional relationships with healthcare providers. The role involves monitoring market trends, gathering competitor and customer feedback, and achieving sales targets while adhering to all ethical and regulatory guidelines. The Medical Sales Representative will also manage records of calls and orders, prepare periodic sales reports, and coordinate with internal teams for timely supply and customer support.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Medical Sales skills, including territory management and target achievement.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for presentations, negotiations, and relationship-building.
Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills to respond promptly and professionally to healthcare providers’ needs.
Candidates should possess foundational knowledge of Medicine to understand indications, benefits, and usage of products.
Candidates should possess basic Pharmacy-related knowledge, including drug categories, dosage forms, and regulatory considerations.
Candidates should ideally hold a bachelor’s degree in Science, Pharmacy, or a related field.
Candidates should demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, time management, and the ability to work independently in the field.
Candidates with prior pharmaceutical or healthcare sales experience and familiarity with the Delhi market will be preferred.
