Customer Success & Sales Executive
Yakria Technologies and Solutions is looking for a motivated Customer Success & Sales Executive to join our team in Coimbatore.
This is an excellent opportunity for freshers and candidates with 0–1 year of experience who are interested in customer interaction, sales, and business development.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to leads and potential customers.
Understand customer requirements and explain our products/services.
Follow up with interested leads through calls and WhatsApp.
Build and maintain good customer relationships.
Convert qualified leads into customers.
Maintain lead and follow-up details in CRM/Excel.
Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, orders, and customer requirements.
Handle customer queries and provide timely support.
Achieve assigned calling, follow-up, and sales targets.
Maintain daily updates on calls, follow-ups, and conversions.
Requirements
Freshers or candidates with 0–1 year of experience can apply.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Hindi-speaking candidates are preferred.
Good English communication skills.
Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
Good follow-up and convincing skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Basic computer and MS Excel knowledge.
Candidates should be willing to work from office in Coimbatore.
