Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Designer role based in Kolkata. The Designer will be responsible for creating visual concepts and layouts for company materials, including marketing collateral, presentations, and customer-facing documents. Daily tasks may include collaborating with internal teams to understand design requirements, developing creative concepts, and producing high-quality designs consistent with brand guidelines. The role involves preparing production-ready files, refining designs based on feedback, and ensuring timely delivery of all design assets. The Designer will also support continuous improvement of the company’s visual identity and help maintain a cohesive and professional brand presence.
Qualifications
Demonstrated ability in graphic design, layout design, and visual communication, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.
Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or similar software).
Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and composition for both print and digital media.
Attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines while contributing creative ideas.
Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams on-site.
Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Relevant academic background in Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.
Prior experience in a design role within the above similar industry is an advantage.
