Role Description This is a remote contract role for an Ireland Online Language School Franchise Partnership with Lingua Learn Franchise Group. The franchise partner will oversee the launch and growth of Lingua Learn’s online language school within the Irish market, leveraging the exclusive rights to the brand and services in Ireland. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing local marketing and sales activities, coordinating with the Global Franchise Support Team, and building relationships with individual and corporate clients. The partner will supervise operational processes such as course scheduling, learner onboarding, and service quality, while ensuring effective use of the provided e-commerce platform, CRM, and branded training materials. The role also involves monitoring market trends, adapting local strategies, and supporting teachers and administrative staff to deliver high-quality online language and skills training.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Communication and Writing skills to engage clients, partners, and staff effectively.
Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and Research abilities to understand the local market and identify growth opportunities.
Candidates should possess Training skills to support staff development and ensure quality delivery of online courses.
Experience in education, language training, or franchising is beneficial.
Proven ability to manage remote operations and coordinate with international teams is preferred.
Background in sales, marketing, or business development within the Irish market is an advantage.
Entrepreneurial mindset, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with digital tools and CRM systems are highly valued.
