Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Sonipat for a Print Production Specialist. The role involves managing day-to-day print production activities, including preparing files for print, setting up and operating printers, and monitoring print runs to ensure quality and consistency. The specialist will coordinate with internal teams and customers to understand job requirements, schedule production, and resolve issues related to materials, colors, and finishing. Responsibilities include performing basic equipment maintenance, tracking inventory of printing supplies, and ensuring that all jobs meet established quality standards and delivery timelines. The role also requires maintaining organized records of print jobs and supporting continuous improvements in production processes.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Print Production and Printing to manage, operate, and monitor print jobs effectively.
Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, clarify requirements, and support clients throughout the production process.
Candidates should possess skills in Print Design to review, prepare, and optimize artwork and layouts for accurate printing.
Candidates should possess hands-on experience with Printers, including setup, operation, basic troubleshooting, and routine maintenance.
Additional beneficial qualifications include attention to detail, ability to work with tight deadlines, basic understanding of color matching and paper types, and familiarity with design or prepress software.
Prior experience in a print shop or production environment and a relevant technical or vocational qualification in printing or graphics is an advantage.
