Export Sales Manager for Hand Tools & Striking Tools

Role Description: The Export Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Jalandhar, responsible for driving and managing international sales of HAND TOOLS & STRIKING TOOLS. This role involves identifying and developing new export markets, establishing and maintaining relationships with global distributors and key accounts, and negotiating pricing, contracts, and terms of trade. The Export Sales Manager will prepare sales forecasts, contribute to business planning, and coordinate with production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure timely order fulfilment and compliance with export regulations. Daily activities include monitoring international market trends, attending industry events or trade fairs as needed, and reporting on sales performance and opportunities to senior management.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Export and International Sales, including experience managing overseas clients and distribution channels.
Candidates should possess skills in Business Planning and International Business, with the ability to develop market-entry strategies and long-term growth plans.
Candidates should possess proven Sales skills, including negotiation, pipeline management, and closing export deals.
Relevant experience in HAND TOOLS & STRIKING TOOLS manufacturing, or related consumer products industries is highly beneficial.
Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills, with fluency in English; additional foreign languages are an advantage.
Ability to travel internationally as required and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Solid understanding of export documentation.
