Role Description The Food Production & Quality Coordinator is a full-time role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area with a hybrid work arrangement, combining on-site responsibilities with some work-from-home flexibility. The coordinator oversees day-to-day food production activities, ensuring processes meet internal standards and external regulatory requirements. Key tasks include monitoring production lines, conducting routine quality checks, documenting nonconformities, and supporting corrective and preventive actions. The role also involves coordinating internal quality audits, maintaining records for compliance, and collaborating with production teams to optimize safety, consistency, and efficiency. The coordinator will regularly communicate findings, prepare reports, and support training initiatives related to quality and hygiene practices.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Quality Control and Quality Management skills to oversee production processes and maintain consistent standards.
Candidates should possess Quality Auditing and Analytical Skills to conduct inspections, interpret data, and drive continuous improvement.
Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and document quality-related information.
Relevant experience in food production, food safety, or HACCP implementation, preferably within manufacturing or nonprofit initiatives, is beneficial.
A diploma or degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Quality Management, or a related field is preferred, along with familiarity with local and national food regulations.
Strong attention to detail, ability to work in a dynamic environment, and proficiency with basic office and documentation software are advantageous.
