About the Role
We are looking for passionate freshers who want to build real-world software applications using AI.
This is not a traditional coding-only role. You will learn how to use modern AI development tools and AI coding agents to design, build, test, debug, integrate, and deploy applications.
You will work with tools such as:
Claude Code
OpenAI Codex
AI Coding Agents
n8n / Workflow Automation
APIs & Integrations
Git & GitHub
Modern Web Technologies
AI APIs and LLM-based applications
Automation and Agentic AI workflows
What You Will Do
During the training and project phase, you will learn to:
Build real-world applications using AI coding agents
Convert business requirements into working software
Use Claude Code, Codex and other AI development tools effectively
Generate and understand code using AI
Debug and improve AI-generated code
Build web applications and backend services
Integrate third-party APIs
Build AI-powered automation workflows
Work with databases and APIs
Test applications and fix issues
Use Git/GitHub for version control
Deploy applications to development/production environments
Understand software architecture and application design
Work with the development team on real customer projects
