Role Description The Travel Agent at ENDLESS BLISS TRAVEL is a part-time, remote role responsible for coordinating travel services for staff and related parties. Day-to-day tasks include managing reservations for flights, hotels, and other transportation, arranging car rentals, and ensuring travel itineraries are accurate and cost-effective. The role involves responding to travel inquiries, providing high-quality customer service, and troubleshooting travel issues or changes as they arise. The Travel Agent will communicate regularly with internal stakeholders to confirm preferences, adhere to organizational travel policies, and maintain detailed records of bookings and expenses. Collaboration with vendors and use of online booking systems are integral to this position.
Qualifications
Strong skills in reservations and travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and coordinating itineraries.
Demonstrated customer service experience, with the ability to handle inquiries, solve problems, and provide clear, timely communication.
Knowledge of car rental processes and policies, including vendor coordination and contract review.
Background in sales or upselling travel services, with attention to value, budget, and organizational guidelines.
Proficiency with online travel booking platforms and basic office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, word processing).
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple requests in a remote, part-time environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Prior experience in travel planning, hospitality, or corporate travel support is preferred.
