Role Description This part-time remote Data Analyst (Entry / Junior) role at Macman Integral SL focuses on supporting data-driven decision-making across the organization. The role involves collecting, cleaning, and organizing data from various sources, performing basic data analysis, and generating clear reports and visualizations for internal stakeholders. The Data Analyst will assist in building and maintaining simple data models, validating data accuracy, and documenting methodologies and findings. Collaboration with senior analysts and cross-functional teams is expected to clarify business requirements, interpret results, and suggest actionable insights. Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and foundational Data Analytics capabilities.
Candidates should possess knowledge of Statistics and the ability to apply statistical concepts to real-world data problems.
Candidates should possess basic Data Modeling skills for organizing and structuring data for analysis and reporting.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for explaining insights to non-technical stakeholders.
Candidates should possess familiarity with spreadsheet tools (e.g., Excel or Google Sheets) and at least one data analysis tool or language (e.g., SQL, Python, or R) at a beginner level.
Candidates should possess strong attention to detail, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Candidates should possess or be pursuing a degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field, or have equivalent practical experience.
