Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Hindi Teacher role based in Mumbai. The Hindi Teacher will plan and deliver engaging Hindi language lessons, following the college’s curriculum and academic standards. Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, teaching classes, assessing student performance, and providing individualized support as needed. The role also involves maintaining accurate academic records, collaborating with colleagues on curriculum development, and participating in departmental meetings and college activities. The teacher is expected to create an inclusive classroom environment that encourages communication, critical thinking, and respect for Hindi language and literature.
Qualifications
Strong Teaching experience in Hindi, preferably at middle school level and above, with familiarity in age-appropriate pedagogy.
Ability to design, implement, and refine Curriculum aligned with institutional goals and academic standards.
Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills to engage students, collaborate with colleagues, and interact with families and stakeholders.
Proficiency in spoken and written Hindi, with a solid grasp of Hindi grammar, literature, and composition.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Hindi, Education, or a closely related field from a recognized institution.
Experience using classroom technology and digital tools to enhance language learning.
Demonstrated ability to manage a classroom effectively and maintain a positive, inclusive learning environment.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying updated on best practices in language teaching.
