Job Description - an outlet in charge - Will be responsible to efficiently running of the system / department (outlet) in line with brand and Corporate Strategies and standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations.
Managing /assigned kitchen operation as a successful independent profit center, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction, through planning, organizing- directing, and controlling the Kitchen operation and staffing, administration.
Eligibility • BHM/B.A or Diploma in Culinary Arts or HM *Worked for 2 3 years As a Sous Chef / Key position in the Kitchen with a brand Hotel/Restaurant • Communication must be excellent, with guest handling, conversation if required, Innovative, menu planning & overall Menu Costing, team building and handling.
