About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Campaign Manager to plan and run end-to-end multi-channel campaigns for our clients across Meta (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok, and LinkedIn. This is a full-time, remote position for a results-driven marketer who is comfortable with budgets, data, and revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and manage multi-channel campaigns from strategy through reporting
- Build campaign structures, audiences, and funnels that support lead generation and revenue goals
- Manage campaign budgets and timelines across multiple client accounts
- Coordinate creative assets with design and content teams
- Analyze campaign data, prepare performance reports, and optimize for better results and lower acquisition costs
- Present results, recommendations, and next steps to clients and internal teams
- Mentor and guide junior team members
- Proactively identify growth opportunities and testing ideas for clients
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in campaign management or paid media, preferably in a digital marketing agency
- Proven experience designing and executing multi-channel campaigns
- Hands-on proficiency with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Google Analytics
- Sales-oriented mindset, with experience in lead generation, funnel optimization, and aligning marketing activities with revenue goals
- Ability to interpret data, derive insights, and translate them into actionable optimizations
- Strong project management skills, including planning, prioritization, and coordination of cross-functional workstreams
- Excellent communication skills for internal collaboration, client-facing discussions, and clear reporting
- Experience working remotely with distributed teams and managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with Middle Eastern markets and regional consumer behavior
- Experience with Google Ads and Snapchat Ads
