Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Online Teacher role based in Mumbai. The Online Teacher will deliver live virtual classes, explain concepts clearly, and guide students through interactive lessons aligned with the academy’s curriculum. Daily responsibilities include planning lessons, preparing digital teaching materials, assessing student progress, and providing timely feedback. The role also involves maintaining accurate student records, communicating regularly with learners and guardians, and participating in training or meetings to improve teaching practices. The Online Teacher is expected to use online platforms effectively, foster an inclusive learning environment, and collaborate with colleagues to support student success.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Teaching and Education skills, with experience delivering structured lessons to diverse learners.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to explain complex topics clearly and engage students in an online setting.
Candidates should possess Lesson Planning and Training skills to design organized learning sessions and support student skill development.
Relevant experience with online teaching tools, learning management systems, or virtual classroom platforms is beneficial.
A bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field, along with prior teaching or tutoring experience, is preferred.
Ability to manage time effectively, maintain student records, and adapt teaching methods to different learning styles.
